Braly Joy is a veteran operator, builder, and strategist with more than two decades of experience leading high-performance brands across action sports and the regulated cannabis industry. His career began in the global action sports market, holding key roles at SPY Optic before becoming a founding partner of Filtrate Eyewear. He later led branding, product direction, and athlete programs for Flow Sports and SIC Paddleboards, helping scale both brands internationally.

Braly entered the cannabis industry in 2014 and quickly distinguished himself as one of Nevada’s most capable owner-operators. As a founding executive of Silver Sage Wellness, he directed the design, engineering, and construction of the company’s cultivation, production, and retail facilities. Under his leadership, Silver Sage evolved into one of the most profitable and operationally disciplined verticals in the state, recognized for rigorous compliance, efficient workflows, and product consistency.

In addition to leading facility development, Braly created two successful Nevada cannabis brands — Remedy and Safety Meeting — both of which achieved top-three category rankings during peak sales years. His hands-on expertise spans cultivation engineering, extraction lab design, retail operations, brand architecture, and regulatory strategy, informed by more than a decade of direct P&L responsibility.

Through BLK DOT Solutions, Braly now applies this full-stack experience to help new and existing licensees plan, design, and build world-class cannabis operations. His approach blends operator-level practicality with technical precision, delivering facilities and business models engineered for long-term compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
