Ben’s career foundation began with a BS in Entrepreneurship from St. Cloud State University, where he developed the operational discipline and strategic mindset required to launch and scale high-growth ventures. Those early skills translated directly into a track record of success across creative deal structures, complex sales cycles, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-level business development in the cannabis sector.

Since entering the industry, Ben has earned a reputation for pairing technical fluency with a pragmatic, revenue-focused approach. He specializes in new market expansion, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management, helping operators adopt high-performance lighting strategies that increase productivity and operational efficiency.
